The Michelin-Starred Chef in the Spotlight : Antonin Bonnet

Trained in multi-star establishments such as Le Bras** under Michel Bras and then at Sergent Recruteur* in Paris, Antonin Bonnet spent a remarkable fifteen years in London, working at the prestigious Greenhouse**. He returned to France and opened his own restaurant, Quinsou*, which earned its first Michelin star in 2018.

With 30 years of culinary acclaim, Chef Antonin Bonnet is celebrated for his undeniable talent in gastronomy. Despite his success, he remains approachable and exceptionally generous. His natural, humble, and high-quality approach to gastronomy has won us over at Château de Méridon. We eagerly anticipate his presence for this special Christmas-themed event.

A Dreamlike Experience

For one magical evening, celebrate the end of the year as if at the Royal Court.

Upon your arrival from Paris via our provided shuttle, you will be greeted by the Château de Méridon’s Housekeeper and enjoy a festive and gastronomic aperitif. Be swept away by the rhythms of a Live Band performing the best Christmas Jazz & Soul melodies.

Then, gather around a long Royal Table to share a sumptuous Royal Christmas Feast. This meal, which reimagines Christmas culinary traditions, will delight your senses, crafted by the talented Michelin-starred Chef Antonin Bonnet.

The crowning glory of this starry dinner will be a chocolate creation made especially for this event, in collaboration with Chef Antonin Bonnet and Jean-Paul Hévin, Best Pastry Chef Chocolatier in the World 2023-2024.

Extend this incredible moment by spending the night in one of Méridon’s suites before returning to the Parisian reality.
