THE SARGENT TABLE

There was a time when John Singer Sargent would leave Paris for the Chevreuse valley.
He came to Méridon to visit Lady White and her husband, who then lived at the château, and his friend Claude Monet.
In these same rooms, Ambassador Henry White wrote to Theodore Roosevelt.

THE SARGENT TABLE CARRIES THAT HOSPITALITY FORWARD.

A few times a year, a dozen guests gather at Méridon for a delicious treat, a friend of the house, and a story the château never told before.

Seats are offered by personal invitation only.
